The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and a new FDA rule now require food manufacturers to develop a Food Safety Plan and mitigate known or foreseeable risks. This in-depth course will walk participants step-by-step through the individual scoring rubrics for conducting a vulnerability characterization and help them develop a control plan to mitigate risks.
