This unique certificate program allows you to learn the principles of HACCP at your own pace through foundational E-Learning modules followed by 2 live virtual sessions.  In these sessions, you and a team of your peers will conduct a hazard analysis for actual products and develop a mock HACCP plan to address critical control points under the guidance of qualified experts – all without having to leave your computer!
