FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI) NOLA

This is the only FDA-recognized course curriculum (designed by FSPCA) that qualifies attendees to be PCQIs in compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (21 CFR 117). We offer the gold standard in workshops with individual attention, small class sizes and food/drink included.
