This conference is for food safety current issues. Especially, legal issues for food safety and PCQI applications will be discussed. Innovative control and detection methods will be also presented such as bacteriophage application, natural antimicrobial agents, UVLED, and thermal processing. It will be good opportunities for attendees to communicate with key speakers for food safety issues.
