The Microbiology & Food Safety one-day course provides the fundamentals of food microbiology and an understanding of how microorganisms can be controlled in a food processing environment. Developed as a review of microbiology fundamentals for experienced personnel and those working in the food processing environment, this course raises awareness of the importance of process control, hygiene, and sanitation. Registration includes all course materials, lunch, and Certificate of Completion. Special discounts are available.
