Chemistry Analysis in the Food Laboratory – Food Safety Training Course

Interactive course will provide information on basic food chemistry principles and proximate analysis for dairy products including salt, water activity, ash, moisture, protein & fats.  Standard methods for cheese (SMEDP) will be demonstrated to facilitate practical application.
