Accelerated University’s Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training

The new FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation requires that every processing facility have at least one individual trained through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) curriculum or equivalent, oversee the implementation of the facility’s food safety plan and other key tasks.
