Nice review of the publication, however, I think there is an omission in the chart and an update is in order. I don’t see the act of “Tampering” listed as this can cause a serious food scare and should be included.

Tampering is classified as”Wilful Deception”.
I hope you find the new classification useful.
In the past I have observed and needed to respond to the threat of deliberate poultry contamination by vegan activists accessing product in store and damaging/contaminating it.
I do not think it coincides with “wilful deception” that includes the substitution of horse for beef or low priced fish strains for expensive fish for financial gain.
The methods and objectives are diferent.
Other events with a similar method and objective to tampering would be deliberate sabotage/contamination of products by disgruntled staff or criminal extortionists.
