FSMA Part 117: Preventive Controls for Human Food – What Line Staff Need to Know

EAS will present a one day intensive seminar on FSMA Part 117 CGMPs and preventative controls for human food from a line-staff perspective.  This one day workshop, will acquaint food manufacturing employees with the revised CGMPs and practical tools to successfully comply with food safety regulations per FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act.
